Our employment support services give people the opportunity to train, gain confidence and make progress towards employment.
How we can help
We offer placements and training with the opportunity to work and learn alongside skilled professionals and tradespeople.
These placements aim to help clients re-engage with the community and go on to live sustainable, independent lives.
- Training courses
- Tailored work experience placements
- Employability support
- Volunteering opportunities
- Confidence building and life skills
Placements are provided at our social enterprise businesses. Here, a professional, friendly environment helps people to train, gain experience and overcome the barriers that are keeping them out of work.
